My role is to provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of 7 supporting the organization in effective risk management across 26 lines of service, 2400 team members and volunteers. We manage the insurance portfolio, policy and procedure governance, privacy practices, background checks, licensing, crisis management and business continuity and the affordable housing residential program for the organization. Partnering with our direct lines of service allows us to understand their business needs and support them in reaching their goals while managing the uncertainty inherent in all service operations.

I am passionate about helping teams and organizations solve these types of questions and manage uncertainty so they may find stability, efficiencies and opportunities for growth. My varied background serving nonprofits from theaters as a stage manager to social service agencies as a volunteer coordinator, compliance manager and risk management director allows me to look at situations from different perspectives and consider how relationships, regulations, innovations and culture interact to inform the best path forward for those we serve and support.
