Pioneering and award-winning not-for-profit executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, management, finance, and fund development. Annsley is responsible for national philanthropy operations across 23 locations at Covenant Living Communities and Services, the 6th largest not-for-profit senior services provider in the nation, with nearly $1 billion in assets and $249 million in operating revenue. Annsley manages eight direct reports, six major gift officers at continuing care retirement communities and two operations personnel. She has worked with Covenant Living for over a decade, is the youngest to be hired as a regional philanthropy director, and piloted the first full-time community-based philanthropy position within the organization in 2014, creating a replicable and scalable fundraising model that has been used over the past decade.Annsley honed her skills as a managing associate for business development and client relations with JVA Consulting, where she headed all business for the boutique firm specializing in nonprofit fundraising and strategic planning by developing proposals for clients across 10 states, which ultimately generated $40 million in grant funding for clients, professional consulting for 150 partners, and capacity-building for over individuals. She also served as a program manager in international business development at Opportunity International, where she was a key member of the team that secured $55 million in grant and investment funding for 12 million working poor in 28 countries. Annsley traveled internationally with major donor prospects, as well as managing all deliverables and financials for an institutional and corporate donor-funded project portfolio that exceeded $30 million. Donor clients included Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, MasterCard, and USAID, among others. She has also served in programmatic and finance roles with World Relief, UNICEF, and the Organization of American States.
