Hired to build and lead an HR organization for a fast-growing bulk haul chemical transportation company. Through M & As and organic growth, the company has more than tripled in size since I launched Heniff’s HR Department. Heniff is now at approximately 3400 workforces across the US and Canada. Ann is responsible for designing HR strategies and the oversight and leadership of everything HR. Walked into the role in March 2019 with nothing but a payroll system. We now have a comprehensive HRIS, broad benefits, robust Employee Relations, Performance Management, Disciplinary processes, Compliance, a comprehensive employee handbook, Onboarding, a NEO (New Employee Orientation), Talent Acquisition, Corporate Training, DE & I and MORE. Ann continuously looks for ways to streamline processes, reduce costs, increase ROIs, implement technology to keep up with the growth of the organization, and partner with executive leadership on business changes forthcoming. Ann is proud for having built an HR Department who consistently delivers to a standard of EXCELLENCE!
