As an avid, curious detective in the research and understanding of personal and organizational change, Ann Salerno is recognized as a global change expert. She is co-creator of the acclaimed Change Cycle™ model created in 1992 that depicts the six predictable and sequential stages of change. She is CEO of CCMC Inc, the international training and development company that is home to The Change Cycle™ Series product line. Ann is the creative design force, product creator and lead trainer for CCMC and consults with the US Federal Government and Fortune 500 companies to engage all levels on how to predict and respond to people’s behavior in difficult and changing situations. She co-authored The Change Cycle™ book with co-founder Lillie Brock and has written several additional books on personal change including divorce. Ann led the development of the program, Unexpected, The Change Cycle™ for Cancer Survivors which teaches effective coping and life skills. Ann resides in Louisville, Kentucky.
