I am a qualified insolvency practitioner providing advice to directors of distressed companies on the options that are available to them. I have over 15 years’ experience and provide clear advice to help directors deal with what is a challenging, emotional, and stressful time.I have experience of dealing with a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail and professional services. I have advised individual directors with their own businesses, multi director companies and trustees of charities. I am approachable, professional and treat all with respect and empathy to help them navigate the situation that they are experiencing. I also have Corporate Finance experience having had a 12 month secondment to Armstrong Watson’s Corporate Finance team where I worked on sell side transactions. I have also previously advised trustees of defined benefit pension schemes in relation to employer covenant matters. Outside of work I am mum to twin boys, with whom I am learning Taekwondo.
