Finance & Operations • Lowered Call Center operation expenses by 31% over 3 year period by evolving Call Center support to a domestic outsource model while improving customer service and increasing efficiencies. Real Estate • Developed a 5 year strategic real estate road map to support store growth to 600 stores. • Developed, designed, built and merchandised smaller square foot store test in 5 locations in 2013. The \"Outdoor Concept\" is now the new prototype for 2014.
