I specialize in the work that follows go-live — diagnosing what broke, what was never finished, and what the business still needs from its ERP.With 15+ years across Big 4 consulting and Fortune 500 financial systems leadership, my background spans SAP and Oracle Cloud across finance, procurement, accounts payable, supply chain, and back-office operations. CPA background. I’ve worked in industries ranging from aerospace and automotive finance to entertainment and aviation.The pattern is consistent regardless of platform: rushed implementations leave gaps. Close takes too long. Subledgers do not reconcile cleanly to the general ledger. Inventory does not tie out. SOX controls exist on paper and nowhere else. Teams rely on workarounds and Excel spreadsheets because key functionality was never fully adopted. It is also why AI tools fail when companies try to adopt them: you cannot automate a process that runs on workarounds. I come in, figure out what is actually happening, and lead the work needed to stabilize and improve it.That work can include pinpointing where expected ERP outcomes are falling short; remediation roadmaps, support operating models, intake and prioritization approaches, decision rights and RACI, SOX control improvements, audit readiness, process redesign, release readiness, AI data readiness assessment, and the business-facing documentation needed to make the fix hold. I’m not a hands-on configuration consultant; I lead practical, cross-functional improvement where finance systems, operational process, and controls need to work better together.Open to contract and fractional engagements where the work is diagnostic — ERP post-implementation cleanup, controls and audit readiness, finance process improvement, and AI data readiness.
