PVT Monitors are part of Synopsys’ Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) Portfolio, an emerging paradigm associated with improving silicon health through the monitoring, analysis and optimization of semiconductor devices as they are designed, manufactured, tested and deployed in end user systems. • Managed and support multiple 100+B Market Cap Customers in selecting, integrating and testing the PVT Monitors through their design process with usage of Synopsys’ EDA tool suite, from Front End Simulations with VCS, STA Timing Closures on PrimeTime, to ATPG test developments (PDL/ICL). • Provide best in class support through product training and overviews, author of multiple application notes and pre-sales evaluations• Drive multiple enhancements, customized request from customer’s specifications to features realization in PVT IPs, including the increase support additional PVT IP offerings from the evolution of the Mix-Signal PVT IPs to digital PVT IPs.
