Annisha Brown is a first-generation Jamaican American and a student at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, pursuing a degree in Business with an interest in Human Resources and organizational leadership. She is passionate about leadership, community engagement, and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered.At UGA, Annisha is actively involved in campus leadership and service. She is a member of Arch Society, representing the university as an official host and ambassador for campus events and distinguished guests. She is also serves as the Internal Vice President within the Black Affairs Council, where she plans programming that supports the academic, social, and professional development of the Black student community.Annisha has also gained professional experience through research, recruiting, and business operations, supporting projects that involve data analysis, sourcing candidates, and organizational outreach. Her experiences have strengthened her interest in talent strategy, people development, and human resources.With a strong commitment to leadership, service, and professional growth, Annisha aims to pursue an MBA and build a career in human resources where she can help organizations develop strong teams and inclusive workplace cultures.
