Responsible for Revenue & EBIDTA Targets for exchange business. Pro-actively plan for hiring of warehouses to get WDRA registration, Exchange accreditation in time. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Supply Chain Business: Build and manage the supply chain business, providing procurement, warehousing, and financing services to clients under structured commodity finance/supply chain business. Track FSD, Insurance, Agreements of exchange warehouses. Market mapping of the potential of the location for exchange business, crop arrival estimation. Be a bridge to fill the gap between HO team, field team, supplier & depositor in line with Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
