About Annika Nelson
I’m a Marketing major with a Digital Media Studies minor continuing my junior year at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. As a Dean’s List student and active campus leader, I’m passionate about strategic communication, digital engagement, and impactful leadership.This spring semester, I am continuing my role as a Social Media Intern for UW–La Crosse, working with the social media team to manage the university’s Instagram and TikTok platforms. I am also beginning new roles as a Marketing Intern with Great Rivers United Way, where I will support community-focused initiatives, and as a Legal Intern with the La Crosse County District Attorney’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in the legal field. Additionally, I will serve as Vice President of Chapter Operations for Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, where I support internal operations and member coordination.Looking ahead, I plan to attend law school and pursue a JD/MBA dual degree, with the goal of working at the intersection of business strategy and law. I’m excited to continue learning through hands-on experiences and contributing to teams that value communication, innovation, and meaningful impact.
