About Annika Dengel
Hi! My name is Annika Dengel. I am a senior at UC San Diego, studying Political Science: Comparative Politics with minors in Spanish-Language Literature and Computational Social Science. I\'ve studied abroad in both Santiago, Chile and Berlin, Germany. My past professional experiences include interning for the U.S. Department of State, the National Endowment for Democracy, the Environmental Law Institute\'s Environmental Peacebuilding Initiative, the World Trade Center of Northern California, and the Office of Speaker Anthony Rendon at the California State Assembly. I have also been a research assistant for over two years at my university, working part-time at the UCSD Department of Political Science for five different primary investigators across the political science subfields.In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, rock climbing, and reading modern literature.
