About Annika Zilisch

I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse majoring in Business Management with highest honors. The summer prior to my freshman year of college, I worked at a prestigious country club located near my hometown of Appleton, Wisconsin. The following summer, I was promoted to head server of the lake house, where I had the opportunity to run a successful program. These operations expanded over the seasonal summer months where I was able to see the growth of my team, while ensuring rewarding events for members of the club. The pride of expanding my professional connections, training an adequate and proficient team, and developing strategic plans for a series of high-end events, influenced my passion to pursue a business management degree. I furthered my professional career when I was hired as an intern within the Human Resources Department at Pierce Manufacturing. Working for this global company expanded my knowledge, confidence, and determination within the work environment, while exposing a series of different career options. While balancing my tedious work schedule, I prioritize giving back to my community which is reflected through my involvement with the Co-Ed Business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi and my involvement in coaching Team Wisconsin youth lacrosse. I am an extremely hard working, focused, and organized individual that will bring a youthful perspective and personality to the work environment. I am eager to learn and develop my future in business and am excited to connect with you!
