And it makes work just more fulfilling and fun. Together with our clients we evaluate their needs and individual next steps towards a more collaborative leadership culture and then closely accompany the implementation, to make sure that everyone can take part and contribute. We walk the talk at subject:RESOUL and see ourselves as a laboratory for next generation collaboration: We are structured as a network and manage our company collectively, currently using an adaptation of Sociocracy, as well as agile frameworks for our project management. Combining this first-hand collaboration experience with our extensive experience in leadership development enables us to give sound advice to our clients.
