About Annika Helenberger
I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. I received my Bachelors of Science in Public Health Sciences and a minor in Gender and Health. I am interested in health inequities, activism, community engagement, social determinants of health, and non-profit work. I am hoping to gain hands on experience and explore community engagement and education. I was the President of Zeta Omega Eta, the intersectional feminist sorority at the University of Michigan. I led weekly board meetings and monthly chapter meetings for members of the intersectional feminist sorority, as well as communicate regularly with general members. I also helped to organize and facilitate various social justice and community based events.
