I am a registered Holy Yoga Instructor & Yoga teacher, with a 225-hour certification, as well as yoga with weights certification. Holy Yoga incorporates the truth of the gospel with the power of movement.I also teach traditional, non-secular as well. I have taught in a local studio for Holy Yoga, as well as non-secular classes at YogaFit. I commonly teach a flow 2 or sculpt class. I combine my yoga certification with Prickly Pear Coffee, teaching yoga at special events. I am constantly learning and expanding my practice, so I expect my credentials in this area to change quite often as well!
