I’m a strategic leader, trustee and coach who enjoys solving the problems that are a bit awkward, messy, or quietly holding things back.I’m good at cutting through unnecessary complexity and unhelpful habits - the things organisations keep doing because “that’s how it’s always been done.” I ask questions that help people get clear, simplify what’s overcomplicated, and focus on what will actually make a difference.I care just as much about people as I do about strategy. I love coaching leaders to grow in confidence, trust their judgement, and lead in ways that are thoughtful, values-led and effective. Seeing someone realise they do belong in the room, and can lead well, is one of my favourite things.I’m motivated by learning, inclusion and honest conversation. The result of my work is better decisions, more confident leadership, and organisations that are clearer about what they’re doing and why - leading to more real impact.
