About Annie Rocks
Annie formerly held positions in sales and has a complete service oriented background. She also has a background in graphic design, interior architecture, and photography. Her diverse career background stems from living and traveling around the world. Annie’s husband since 1995 retired after 24 years as an active duty Coast Guard Officer. Together, they relocated 19 times along both coasts and Europe giving Annie a perspective on life that most people don’t get to experience. Annie is the type of person that goes above and beyond for every one of her clients treating everyone as equals and am comfortable handling any transaction. Anyone who is affiliated with Annie has confidence in her; whether it’s a personal relationship or a business relationship. She runs her business with complete moral ethics and excellent customer service. Annie truly understands the importance of quality service from start to finish. Giving back and being involved in the community is an important part of Annie’s business approach. She is highly involved in her community since she has moved to the Tampa Bay area. Volunteering at local high schools with autistic children, serving on numerous Parent Teacher Associations, collecting donations for Metropolitan Ministries, and a past Coast Guard Liaison for new Coast Guard families making a move. Currently, Annie is a member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors giving her, even more, knowledge of the area and its surrounding communities. She is a wealth of knowledge and is always learning more. Currently in process to earn the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
