ABOUT ANNIE ROBEY

I am currently a Pre-Award Research Administrator at Northern Arizona University, in Flagstaff, AZ. Applying my first-hand experience with Graduate research, extensive work in the federal government, and academic training in grant development, I assist in the development of research proposals to various funding sources. I frequently work with federal and nonprofit organizations, and manage a team of varied departments across Astronomy, Forestry, Anthropology, Education, University Administrative Offices and others.I take an evidence-based approach to my work, often using Microsoft Power Platform to generate efficiencies in my workflow, stemming from my data analysis background.Previously, I served as an Analyst at the Department of Education and held a Graduate Fellowship at the National Park Service. I earned a bachelor\'s degree in political science from the University of Alabama, and a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate from George Washington University.I have a passion for the fine and performing arts, previously working as a Museum Assistant at the Phillips Collection in Washington, DC and currently participating in community orchestras and bands as an Oboist.
