Responsible for the facilitation and adoption of Agile project management methods; content delivery operations within the Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) Division. Also, serve as Program Agile Lead which directly supports an ADA enterprise initiative including scrum management, team formation, coaching new teams and identifying capacity/resource strategies. Facilitating the Divisional content workflow supporting all IMC Departments via the Content Operations effort with emphasis on the delivery of creative content assets. Implement new operational processes and/or technologies that directly improve workflow and efficiency. Responsible for project group facilitations and seeking cross collaboration with divisional agile leads, identifying opportunities as well as risk awareness & reporting.
