About Annie Dietert

I have always been passionate about communication, public speaking, and sales while still being able to help people. I took these interests of mine and became a Recruitment Consultant with Sthree\'s brand, Progressive. I then moved into the Talent Acquisition Team. After 5 years of growth and development at SThree, I switched industries and joined HighRadius. At Highradius, I was a Talent Experience Partner for our go to market business. HighRadius is a Texas-based Global FinTech company. After almost a year at HighRadius, I was contacted by SThree about a new position in their Houston office. I returned to SThree where I was the Blueprint Manager for the South on the Sales Excellence team. Blueprint is our global sales excellence program. As Blueprint Manager, my job was to introduce and implement Blueprint sales processes and tactics in our Houston and Austin offices. I am currently back on the Talent Acquisition team in our Houston office where I am an Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant. I am primarily hiring for our Houston office while supporting other offices across the U.S.
