I manage all human resources functions at the YMCA of Southern Nevada. We have 4 YMCA locations across the Valley with 80 full-time employees, 400 part-time employees, and an additional 300 seasonal employees over the summer.I am responsible for the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and offboarding. I also oversee our HRIS, Paycom. I manage both the day to day functions and the strategic planning for the human resources department.
