I\'ve led more than 75 clinical trials across all phases (I–IV), serving as both a portfolio leader—developing strategy and overseeing delivery teams—and as a study lead, managing the day-to-day details to keep trials on track.Throughout my career, I’ve conducted site audits, managed inspection readiness visits, trained staff and principal investigators, and built strong relationships with KOLs, PIs, and site teams.
