ABOUT ANNIE THOMPSON

I am a recent graduate from Miami University, where I studied finance at The Farmer School of Business. I had the opportunity to take numerous business course over my time at Miami, and have gained great knowledge and passion within the business world. Throughout my college experience I have had the chance to work in team settings, enhance my critical thinking, and continue to evolve my problem solving skills. Overall, I am a very organized, motivated, and hard working individual. I have become proficient in Access, Excel, Python, and SQL, all which I believe will push my business future further. While I have always been a creative person, college has allowed me to capitalize on the computational side of business. I believe myself to be a passionate worker and I am inspired every day by the work of my peers. I work best in team environments where colleagues push one another to be there best. At Miami, I have learned from others and then effectively brought my personal ideas and objectives into projects and group work. I believe myself to be a great addition to any team because I lead in a positive and motivating manner that allows other perspectives to be shared and formed into new ideas.
