I never set out to become “the HR tech person”- it just so happened that every time I walked into a role, I ended up fixing what wasn’t working and building what didn’t exist :)With a foundation in engineering and a post-graduate specialization in HR, I bring both analytical precision and people-centered thinking to every challenge I take on. My journey began at the Volvo Group, where I evolved from HR Operations to HR Business Partner to Regional Delivery Manager working with teams across India and Sweden. I led cross-functional projects, worked with global leadership, and even built out PRISM, a Day 1 onboarding program that became the gold standard for Volvo IT India.Then came the U.S, and a wild ride with a fast-growing telecom startup. I built the HR function from scratch—literally scaling the team from 2 to 50+ associates in just one year, and revamping hiring, onboarding, and operations. I cut external recruitment costs by 50%, streamlined orientation, and implemented systems that saved time, reduced manual errors, and secured sensitive data.Today, I’m part of a team driving HRIS transformation at a leading entertainment company, where we’re modernizing systems and streamlining core HR processes. I work at the intersection of systems, scale, and employee experience hands-on with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro, helping improve data integrity, and make HR tech actually usable.My strength lies in turning messy processes into intuitive ones, whether that’s automating HR workflows, securing data, or rolling out systems that stick. I’ve collaborated with teams across the U.S, Sweden, and India—and no matter the location, I believe HR should be both human and high-impact—balancing empathy with systems that truly work.
