Job Overview: To help pharmacy managers and staff pharmacists operate their pharmacies in the most profitable manner possible. To ensure that company standards regarding customer service, pharmacy standards, expense control, overall profits and employee relations are maintained in all pharmacies, consistent with planned goals. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: •Manage geographic district(s) of pharmacy operations to achieve planned profit goals, gross margin dollars, gross margin percent, inventory turnover, and pre-tax profit goals. Area of oversight Oregon•Specific oversight responsibilities include implementation of standards, customer service, Rx management, company program execution and compliance •Communication with pharmacy teams and store management in addition to communication with market, district and divisional operations groups •Oversee the operations and accountability of all clinical services: medication therapy management, immunizations, clinical screening/wellness programs provided by pharmacy teams, and other clinical initiatives •Build and maintain strategic relationships with franchise pharmacy partners (where applicable) •Partner with operations and human resources to develop talent, utilize their talent as a strategic resource, and think broadly about selection, development, and placement •Assignment of 41 retail pharmacies to manage, with specific focus on Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist •Manage workforce development, sales and volume, gross margin, expense control, methods and procedures, and regulatory compliance
