Recently qualified as an Advanced AuDHD Coach with ADHD Works, trained by Leanne Maskell.I love working with other freelance artists and performers, and also artistically spirited individuals in more traditional roles, or parents looking for more connection with their neurodivergent artistically spirited children.I also organise regular group coaching sessions based around creative activities.

ABOUT ANNIE SHEPPARD
I’m a freelance producer and event/project manager with about 15 years experience in theatre, film, music, design, and TV. I\'ve had the pleasure of working with cultural stalwarts including; Channel 4, BFI, Soho Theatre, and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Alongside production, I’m an actor, voice-over artist and recently trained as an advanced neurodiversity coach with ADHD Works. I\'m a trained Mental Health First Aider and I\'ve mentored postgraduates for the University of Leeds and young people at Channel 4 starting out in the arts and media industries. I founded and ran my local Mutual Aid group during the Coronavirus crisis coordinating thousands of volunteers to build long-lasting intergenerational connections.
