Served as the data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation subject matter expert across five HRSA-funded programs. Using quantitative data across 5 years, I created live and interactive data dashboards to track programmatic performance across key metrics. I created written materials that shared program success stories, responded to Congressional inquiries, replied to data calls, and contributed to press releases- Served as the Data Lead for a $5 million contract funding the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline. I analyzed and prepared data reports for over calls and text messages. Data analytics were prepared as brief materials that I shared with the HRSA Administrator and the Associate Administrator of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau- Authored 8 abstracts for leading Maternal and Child Health conferences. Two abstracts were presented at the 2024 CityMatCH Maternal and Child Health Conference- Designed a process to optimize qualitative data from the Healthy Start program. I conducted qualitative analysis on 101 impact reports to create a content map that categorized program accomplishments.
