Active volunteer as Lead Product Manager for the team.I’m currently leading an AI-driven project with a city to transform how case reports are accessed and understood by the community.Role: creating AI Evaluation Framework, Requirements gathering, Partner & Team Co-ordination, Roadmaps and Execution.Previously I worked with the State Health Department to support their digital modernization in stabilizing a health education and management native app focused on young adult health which was facing technical issues. These issues negatively impact user experience and hindered public health outreach efforts.My role involved providing technical product management expertise during the unstable period of migrating the app from one cloud provider to another. I defined the collaboration\'s scope and vision while drafting a detailed roadmap with key milestones and KPIs to guide the migration process and improve the stability of the native app.My Role: Stakeholder management, Communication, Requirements Analysis, KPIs, Roadmap, Strategy, Cloud migration, Tech Specs document.
