I am passionate about bridging the gap between mental health and performance, helping individuals cultivate balance, authenticity, and sustainable growth. Rooted in a Person-Centered framework, my work emphasizes empowerment, resilience-building, and meaningful self-exploration. I have experience providing both individual and group therapy, as well as leading sport performance-related workshops, in university counseling, community mental health, and private practice settings.As a former Division I lacrosse player, longtime coach of youth sports, and personal trainer, I bring a deep understanding of the psychological, emotional, and physical demands faced by athletes. I have worked with individuals across a variety of sports, including lacrosse, rowing, track and field, swimming and diving, baseball, and more. My clinical interests also include women’s issues, identity development, self-worth, and anxiety.I am deeply committed to social justice and advocacy, recognizing how intersecting identities, systems of power, and lived experiences shape the therapeutic space. I actively foster an inclusive and affirming environment and am dedicated to my own ongoing identity work, cultural humility, and community engagement.I look forward to connecting with you!
