ABOUT ANNIE COLLINS
Annie is a resident in counseling providing therapy for adult couples and individuals as they navigate life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, and the inevitable ups and downs we all experience. She uses trauma-informed modalities in her work, including EMDR, IFS, and EFT, and helps clients shift from surviving to thriving. Annie previously served as a senior internal management consultant at the FBI and Deloitte consulting, leading teams that advise C-suite executives on complex strategic initiatives. She managed a data analytics team within the Department of Justice solving strategic Human Capital issues and process inefficiencies, overseeing government staff and a 20+ person contractor and developer team. Her prior experience within Deloitte\'s Human Capital Consulting practice included delivering data analytics, data visualization, strategic planning, metrics, performance optimization, and enterprise-wide employee perception solutions for the Office of Human Resources at large Department of Justice and Department of Defense agencies. She has experience briefing high-ranking agency leaders, writing speeches presented before Congress, leading teams, conducting market research, writing proposals, developing business cases, and executing long-range plans to optimize organizational performance.
