As the Founder and Executive Director of the Community Services Network (CSN), I lead a nonprofit hub dedicated to strengthening the social service sector through education, collaboration, and connection. CSN serves as a central convener for nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations across Multnomah and Washington Counties, amplifying impact by fostering meaningful, cross-sector relationships. We are purposefully built to support our region’s frontline workforce, those too often excluded from professional development, skill-building, and networking opportunities. Our programming closes that gap by offering accessible, community-informed opportunities for learning, resources, and connection. I bring expertise in program and project management, guiding the development and execution of initiatives shaped by real-time community needs. From workshops and resource fairs to digital platforms and events, I ensure offerings are responsive, practical, and driven by those working directly with community members. My approach integrates coaching and change management principles to help individuals and organizations adapt and thrive. Whether scaling membership from 10 to more than 2,600 individuals and 800+ organizations or refining programs to meet shifting regional needs, I lead with strategy, equity, and adaptability at the core. I also manage CSN’s business operations, including budgeting, fundraising, and infrastructure. By leveraging technology to streamline systems, I build efficient and accessible spaces, both physical and digital, for collaboration and impact. I am passionate about education, systems change, operational efficiency, and relationship building, and deeply committed to upskilling the frontline social service sector to ensure those who serve our communities have the tools, support, and connections they deserve.
