Lead the Airline Affairs & Properties (AAP) department of 4 team members (3 of which are direct reports), overseeing airline relationships, terminal and property management, contract/lease administration, and aeronautical revenue strategy for Ontario International Airport (ONT)- Building on foundational ULA work by overseeing its implementation, governance, and long-term strategic administration- Drive enterprise-wide collaboration with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Customer Experience, Facilities/Maintenance, Capital Development, and other Revenue Management departments to advance organizational initiatives, improve processes, and strengthen ONT\'s commercial performance- Oversee airline relationships, terminal space management, lease administration, and manage high-stakes aeronautical and property negotiations- Manage and develop AAP staff, strengthening team capability, operational effectiveness, and commercial insight- Serve as a key leader within the Revenue Management (RevM) division, shaping revenue strategy, policy development, financial/budget management, and long-term commercial planning- Represent ONT in strategic engagements with airline executives, property tenants, civic partners, developers, and Board committees- Lead creation of departmental policies and process improvements that enhance accountability, tenant oversight, and operational consistency.
