ABOUT ANNIE LETIZIA

Annie provides counsel and strategic partnership to emerging and middle-market private companies, public companies, and non-profit organizations on a wide range of high-stakes and time-sensitive issues, including regulatory and compliance analyses, equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights and licensing, corporate and securities matters, dispute resolution, employment, and board and management considerations. Annie has a passion for working with female founders. She supports Silicon Valley start-up companies with early-stage financings, managing their businesses, and commercialization and development of disruptive technologies. She also counsels special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) clients using SPACs as a means of taking companies public. Her clients span sectors including software as a service, life sciences, women\'s health, media and entertainment, renewable energy, retail, fintech, blockchain, emerging automotive technology, and semiconductors.
