About Annie Huang

I am a business-focused trial attorney with a passion for protecting intellectual property rights through litigation, counseling, and licensing. My practice focuses on helping inventors, artists, and businesses protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property through monetization strategies, licensing, enforcement and litigation. I assist clients in developing creative and effective solutions for complex legal problems and on achieving their business objectives.Through representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property disputes, I have helped resolve issues facing trademark, copyright, and patent holders and accused infringers. My experience encompasses matters involving a wide range of industries and markets including consumer electronics, medical devices, semiconductors, variable data printing, window frame technology and pharmaceuticals. I have served as trial counsel and been a member of several trial teams in district courts and International Trade Commission (ITC) that resulted in favorable outcomes for my clients. I also have experience managing large case teams in discovery, deposing and defending expert and fact witnesses, and advocating for clients at trial and hearings. My pro bono representation includes representing individuals seeking political asylum as well as representing one of the survivors of the I-35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis. I have also served as a volunteer attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers for Arts, the New York Legal Assistance Group, and Lawyers for Good Government.
