Key responsibilities: • Systems & Procedures - Manage all aspects of business development and marketing operations. • Strategy - Monitor business activities and performance and provide reports for management. • Data & Compliance - Monitor and track key performance indicators. • Technology - Analyse data, assess trends and determine actions to optimise performance. • Financial Management - Manage the marketing budget and understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities. • Project Management - Project manage key business development and marketing campaigns, events and other related activities. • People Management – Team management.
