About Focus on the FieldPut simply, we do the work so you don\'t have to. We work with youth and amateur sports orgs all across the United States (in all 4 time zones) in any sport and with any software. Our goal is to remove the administrative burden currently facing these organizations that are often run on nights and weekends by volunteers. I started out in this industry over ten years ago, and have had the privilege to work with some of the most prestigious and accomplished youth sports organizations in the country. I spent the first 10 years of my career as an organizer and then in early 2021 I shifted into the tech space. My goal was to use my relatability and understanding of the youth sports space and connect organizers with leading technology solutions. In early 2024 I realized my true strengths were with those doing the work on the field and I joined Focus on the Field as the Chief Operating Officer, striving to bring operational efficiencies and lean processes to help organizations of any size get out of the office and back onto the field.Personally, I\'m deeply passionate about creating an equitable workplace and am a firm proponent of remote work/distributed workplace (I worked remotely from around the world with Remote Year from 20••••19).
