Located in a prime location on the beach-side of Gulf Boulevard and adjacent to the large hotel district on beautiful St Pete Beach, our brokerage firm has recently become a franchisee of the most exciting new company to enter the real estate market in a long time! NextHome, Inc. is a new, high-tech, consumer-centric company that is taking the US by storm with more than 150 new affiliates in their first 24 months of operation. NextHome is geared toward small real estate firms that enjoy their independent status, but long for the technology and support that being part of a bigger operation can offer. That they do not focus on size and volume alone makes them different. However, what attracted me heart and soul was that their culture and business model mirrored perfectly the \"holistic\" approach to real estate that I had worked diligently to create at Beach Time Realty Group. At Beach Time, it has always been about the BIG PICTURE! We will sell, rent, manage, renovate, stage or decorate your property to the best of our abilities - according to your needs and wants in order to achieve the desired outcome. Our role is to coordinate and execute these functions for our clients. Our business model has always been consumer-centric! It has been and always will be about the client! We don\'t just take listings; we take care of the properties. We don\'t just sell houses; we help clients to find the best property for their needs and lifestyle. We don\'t just manage properties and rent vacation homes; we make friends and help them to have memorable vacations, often year after year! ABOUT ANNIE FLEETING
A native of St. Petersburg, FL, I grew up on the Pinellas beaches. I am not sure that I fully appreciated my incredible good fortune to live in a city where everyone got a free newspaper if the sun didn\'t shine! It took a decade away to make me truly and deeply appreciate home. I loved my ten wonderful years of living in bonnie Scotland, with my husband Bobby and four children. We were fortunate enough to be involved in professional soccer, providing me with the opportunity to travel all over Scotland, meeting loads of great people and experiencing the fabulous countryside. But, as much as I loved Scotland and the Scots, I was happy to return home to St. Pete Beach, my American family and my native roots! I love the fact that the sun shines every day. I never tire listening to the surf at night; and, I am always awed by the view as I cross the bridge and see the beautiful island of St Pete Beach spread out before me! I do miss my Scottish family; but, I live at the beach. So guess what? They come to see me! I am happily married! My husband, Bobby, and I have four children and five grandchildren - all good ones!
