As Vice President Operations and General Manager of The Westgate Hotel and AquaVie Fitness and Wellness, I lead P&L responsibility and strategic growth for this distinguished urban resort in downtown San Diego while contributing to enterprise-wide operational strategy across Grand America Hotels & Resorts. MY PASSION IS PEOPLE—but I deliver results through operational excellence, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making that drive measurable revenue growth and profitability.With two decades of luxury hospitality expertise, I specialize in scaling high-performing operations across all verticals while optimizing costs and elevating service standards. I lead cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and Real Estate to execute strategic initiatives that transform business performance. I envision what\'s possible and execute the strategy to achieve it—whether implementing technology to improve ROI, restructuring operations for efficiency, or expanding market presence to capture new revenue streams.Beyond hotel operations, I\'m deeply invested in San Diego\'s business community.
