Pure Power Yoga, located on Campbells Run Road in Pittsburgh, PA, teaches heated Power Vinyasa Flow yoga. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. It is suitable for ALL LEVELS. It is a powerful, energetic and playful style with a strong emphasis on breath and proper alignment. Pure Power Yoga is a way of living—both in and out of the studio. Our students leave empowered, inspired and lit up to take on their life – and they inspire others.
