Before that I was a Creative Director for McCann New York leading Qualcomm, New York Lottery, and SAS analytics. Prior to that I was at 72andSunny LA creating cultural conversations for Carl\'s Jr. Mentoring is extremely important to me and played a huge role at RPA where I lead creative social and digital teams as an Associate Creative Director on Southwest Airlines, Dole, ampm, and Tempur-pedic. I was even awarded NextGen Female Leader at Forbes NY.I got my start in advertising in 2009, working with Red Bull, and have since developed a wide range of traditional, digital, experiential and social work for brands like Dunkin\' Donuts, Bank of America, Chili\'s, Honda and IHOP.I spent a year and a half living in Brazil during the World Cup, where I learned Portuguese and also sang in a 12-piece American rock cover band.
