   I am currently a Senior manager in the tax practice and specialize in the Information Technology industry. My clients consist of large, publicly traded corporate clients with significant domestic and foreign operations. My skill sets are income tax compliance, Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740 preparation and review, tax projections, tax research and federal and international income tax consulting. I also assist clients in developing internal controls over the income tax provision process and have managed client\'s tax internal audit function.I serve as the lead tax individual for certain companies who outsource or co-source the tax function. Such responsibilities include managing the entire tax life cycle: 1) planning, acquisitions and structuring to ensure a tax-efficient result and risk minimization; 2) income tax provision preparation or review to ensure the tax accounts are properly stated within the financial statements; 3) preparation or review of the tax filings to ensure returns are filed timely and appropriately; 4) managing tax authority examinations; and 5) day-to-day questions and tax matters of business operations.
