Coordinate transit and active transportation projects and activities including establishing timeframes, tracking, coordinating funding parameters and limitations, and identifying and managing resources during all phases of a project from planning concept to construction closeout- Track adherence and compliance with all Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and other state and federal regulations for assigned projects and agencies. This includes preparing and maintaining project documentation, monitoring, and reporting project spending and status, tracking accomplishments versus operational requirements, and monitoring deliverables to ensure delivery of action items are on time and on budget- Provide input in deploying FTA and state transit programs and initiatives and overseeing multimodal projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including mobility hub projects- Ensure Regional compliance with Policy Directive 1602 and 1602.1 regarding the obligation to ensure that the needs of bicyclists and pedestrians are considered in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all facilities within CDOT’s rights-of-way.
