ABOUT ANNICK CHARBONNEAU

Annick Charbonneau is co-founder and managing partner of Accelia Capital, a $60M venture capital fund whose mission is to propel innovative companies, owned or led by women. An entrepreneur who has founded and managed two technology companies, she has more than 20 years of experience in management and technology. A fervent promoter of the presence of women in entrepreneurship, Annick contributes to promoting female leadership in technology in numerous forums. She is actively involved in her community, notably with the McGill Dobson Center for Entrepreneurship, the McCall Mac Bain scholarships, and as a director of Enactus Canada. Annick also serves on the board of directors of Fiera Capital, a leading independent investment management firm with a growing global presence. In 2023, Annick was awarded the Quebec Business Woman prize, digital technology and innovation, by the RFAQ business women\'s network. A graduate in International Business from Pepperdine University in California, Annick also holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. Entrepreneure ayant fondé et dirigé deux entreprises technologiques, elle cumule plus de 20 ans d’expérience en gestion et en technologie. Fervente promotrice du rayonnement des femmes en entrepreneuriat, Annick contribue à promouvoir le leadership féminin en technologie sur de nombreuses tribunes. Elle est activement impliquée au sein de sa communauté, notamment auprès du Centre Dobson pour l’entrepreneuriat de McGill, les bourses McCall Mac Bain, ainsi qu’à titre d’administratrice d’Enactus Canada. Annick siège également sur le conseil d’administration de Fiera Capital, une société de gestion de placement indépendante de premier plan avec une présence croissante à l’échelle mondiale. En 2023, Annick s’est vu octroyer le prix Femme d’affaires du Québec, technologie numérique et innovation, par le Réseau des femmes d’affaires du Québec. Diplômée en administration des affaires profil international de l’Université Pepperdine en Californie, Annick est également détentrice d’un certificat en intelligence artificielle appliquée aux affaires de la MIT Sloan School of Management. Grande voyageuse, elle est une fervente skieuse, cycliste et coureuse.
