ABOUT ANN HUDOCK
I lead Counterpart International where we support communities to drive their own destinies. We help feed school children so the next generation has a healthy start. We work with entrepreneurs who develop innovative solutions to challenges. We partner with farmers to develop trade opportunities and enhance their businesses. I serve on advisory boards and councils including the Millennium Challenge Corporation. I chair the Executive Advisory Council for the University of Dayton Human Rights Center. I serve on the University of Dayton Provost’s Advisory Council. I co chair the Governance Committee of the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network, and serve as a Steering Committee member. I’ve developed a five phase framework for transforming organizations and have a proven track record implementing it across for profit and non profits.I write about leadership, work life balance, career development so follow me to learn more.
