I work at the intersection of transformation, strategy, and human experience.For more than two decades, I’ve guided organizations through change, focusing on how strategy becomes execution and why it so often fails to. My work integrates operating models, systems, and customer and employee experience to ensure transformation delivers real-world impact. I’ve led large-scale initiatives, advised senior executives, and aligned cross-functional teams through modernization, growth, and uncertainty.My distinctive strength is translating complexity into clarity. I help leaders move forward when conditions are uncertain aligning systems, people, and decisions without relying on linear playbooks or formal authority. My approach balances rigor (governance, metrics, operating models) with insight into belief, behavior, and experience.I’m also an author, currently writing a business fable on transformation and leadership that uses narrative and metaphor to explore how change actually moves through organizations, culture, and systems, distilling those dynamics into frameworks leaders can recognize, remember, and apply.At the center of my work is a single question:How do leaders create movement when certainty is unavailable, but progress is required?
