Serve as the administrator for AlertMedia (emergency communication software).• Conduct annual risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for 12 teams over a span of 13 years. Collaborate closely with IT and Tools and Technology team.• Lead customer regulatory compliance and governance audits, including vendor integrated recovery testing, SOC audits, and vendor security risk assessments. Respond to EU, PII, and DORA requests.• Ensure that third-party vendors and suppliers adhere to business continuity standards.• Work and build relationships with key stakeholders from all business divisions including Facilities, Security, Information Technology, Support Services, Tools and Technology, Real Estate, Human Resources, Public Relations, Legal, Privacy, and Procurement.• Compliant with ISO 22301 standards.• Acquire and manage Government Emergency Telecommunication Services (GETS Cards) from the Department of Homeland Security.• Engage in procurement-related activities such as obtaining quotations, creating purchase orders, and processing receipts.
