My role within Wangard Partners includes supporting the CEO, managing loan closings and sustainability initiatives throughout new developments as well as building operations. I am passionate about sustainability and lead a companywide campaign to embrace it as a way of life. I bring 16 years of experience to the team and have managed the ENERGY STAR® programs for 400+ office buildings across the country. I studied Communications at Columbia College in Chicago as well as the University of Wisconsin – Platteville, has have my Real Estate License and am a Notary Public.Coordinate with other members of the closing team to, as assigned, review legal and municipal process for a deal and map out deadlines for due diligence process, financial process, document generation, title insurance, surveys, appraisals, and municipal requirements. Create sustainability plan and operating manuals for commercial properties and where appropriate LEED submittal documents and operating manuals. Pursue LEED, Green Globes or WELL certification for new and acquired commercial buildings. Develop sustainability and utility bench marks and compliance with quarterly and annual reporting.
