As the CEO of SEARCH, I have been a trusted and well-respected cultural resource management leader for over 30 years. From the time I founded SEARCH in 1993, I have grown the company to become a leader in the CRM industry, employing over 250 staff who work on the most important cultural projects the world over. I am passionate about providing rigorous professional and scientific consultation to our clients across the myriad industry sectors we serve. As CEO, I am fortunate to lead and work with an incredibly talented group of like-minded professionals whose dedication to the integrity of the services we provide consistently ensures that our client\'s regulatory and compliance needs are exceeded. In my 30+ years, from managing hundreds of projects, authoring just as many technical reports, providing expert witness testimony to providing strategic corporate governance, I have developed a keen sense of how to create win-win outcomes for all those whom we serve.
