Over the past decade, I have been an active real estate broker and a marketing consultant for real estate agents, teams and other real estate brokerages. After taken part in hundreds of hours of studies, courses, and trainings in the field of real estate and online marketing, and at the same time been coached by the best in the industry, I’m contracted for marketing training and services throughout the real estate industry. To help our real estate industry, it is my responsibility as a broker to share my knowledge and devote my time and energy to help and to give back all my knowledge gained on the secrets I learned and revile them without holding anything back. Annett worked in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area since the late nineties. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in Florida. Our main service area includes Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County. We know and understand real estate it’s not the same everywhere. Every market is different, and Annett is someone you can trust with local, educated and up-to-date information. I have been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation. Meaning as a real estate professional who is focusing specifically on representing real estate buyers in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area as an ABR® representative. The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification is an additional certification Annett has been awarded by the National Association of Realtors. The RSPS Certification is a nationally-recognized certification. This certification is awarded to real estate professionals that demonstrate and promote their expertise in the resort and second home specialty. In addition, Annett has been awarded the National Association of REALTORS®’ Green Designation. This is the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. As an NAR Green Designee, Annett has gained the knowledge and the tools necessary to be a trusted green resource in Florida. More specifically, the Broker was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential.
